Erin Rasmussen
With more than two decades in broadcasting in radio and television, Erin’s producing experience spans the spectrum from news, to entertainment, to educational programming. As co-creator of KARE 11 Television’s Whatever Show, a local weekly teen magazine show (now in its tenth season), Erin and her co-producer won numerous awards, including the NAB “Service to Children” Award. They were also two-time winners of NATPE’s Iris Award, and won four Regional Emmy Awards for the program. Erin was part of a team at KARE 11 that received a National Emmy Award nomination for Community Service. And she received a National Emmy Award nomination, for work on the PBS Family Science Show, Newton’s Apple. As program director at FM 107.1, Erin helped pioneer the emerging format of talk radio for women.   During her tenure, the station won a Gracie Award from the AWRT. Erin has two children; Jack age 11 and Claire age 6.

Susan Talbot
Susan was born and lived most of her adult life in Dublin, Ireland.  She attended Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology (Film) and graduated with a 1st class honors degree in Design Communications (B.Des. Com).  She majored in post-production film/video and worked as a freelance editor for R.T.E (Irish national television) and for numerous independent film companies before moving to Minnesota.  In the US she continued her work in post-production, winning an Emmy Award for documentary editing and working on National Emmy award winning shows for PBS.   She has also worked on shows for Animal Planet, Discovery and Discovery Health.  In 2003 she took a sabbatical to raise a family, but became an Avid Certified Instructor and taught part-time at a certified training centre in Minneapolis.  She is currently balancing several projects as co-creator & executive producer of Reframing Media with family life.

Steve Flynn
Steve brings over 22 years of broadcast and production experience to any project. His work has been honored by two National Emmy Awards, (Ben Franklin, PBS & Newton’s Apple, PBS) and a regional Emmy for an independent documentary (Delafield, ITVS).  Most recently, Steve has been directing independent projects on a variety of subjects.  ’06 & ’07 were spent producing/directing a High Definition documentary on the raising and recovery of submerged World War II planes throughout Europe. 2008 has been spent in production of multiple projects with national singer-songwriter David Wilcox including a PBS concert special.  In addition Steve has been working as the finishing editor for Season 1 of the Travel Channel hit series “Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern”.  He has worked on many TV series as editor/post production supervisor for networks including PBS, Travel Channel, Discovery, HGTV, Animal Planet, and the BBC.   Steve brings his depth of experience to the table as the owner of Goodlooking Films, Inc. He holds dual citizenship of both the United States and Ireland as Goodlooking Films, Inc. develops partnerships in both continents on an ongoing basis.  While continuing his professional career, he takes his most important lessons from his two children Madeline and Aidan.

Linda Blodgett
Linda Blodgett was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and has lived in the surrounding area all her life. Along with her husband, Dan, she has co-owned and operated several independent business in various fields, the longest running of which was a successful Child Care Center. In the course of this work, she had the honor of contributing to the development of more than sixty children and their families and is still in contact with many of them today. It is through this experience that she has realized the impact that one person can have on the future of our world. It is a lesson that she intends to take with her into all her future endevors. Recently retired from that career, it is with great excitement and high expectations that she enters this new frontier of the film and television industry. She brings to the fold many years of experience in operating a productive business while maintaining the integrity of the higher purpose that spawned the original idea. Her most important job and joy to date has been the privilege of raising her two wonderful children, Jill and Kevin, who have become successful business entrepreneurs themselves, and continue to teach their parents well.
